I (includes the parent/guardian who has signed this contract) hereby apply to Doon School Inc. to enroll in the course commencing as indicated on the Application for Admission("the Application") for Online learning. I agree that on acceptance of the Application by the School, I will abide by the following terms and conditions of enrolment

No tuition fee refunds are made after enrollment

Any problem that arises due to health issues, school will not be held responsible.

It is a condition of my enrollment that I attend all scheduled classes except where there is a legitimate reason for non- attendance due to medical reason. If my enrollment terminates due to a breach of this condition I understand and agree that I will not be entitled to any refund of the tuition fees or other charges paid to the School.

If a student is absent for more than 10 days, and fail to provide a medical note to justify the reason of being absent to the school then course/courses are considered dropped. Readmission fees of $100 will be charged.

I agree that I am required to use my best endeavors to meet the requirements of the School program selected and to abide by the rules and regulations of the School. I understand that if I breach any of the School's rules or my behaviour is deemed unacceptable by the School, my enrollment may be canceled and agree that I will not be entitled to any refund of the tuition fees or other charges paid to the School under the Contract Doon School is not responsible for any admission declines by universities, colleges and other secondary schools.

Student is eligible to complete the course within 6 months from date of enrollment. If extension is required beyond 6 months its at additional charge of $150/month

Students and their parents or guardians agree that the student's photo, details and achievements may be used for promotional purposes without further written consent or notification. If you do not agree, please advise the School in writing at the time of application.

To release, indemnify, and hold harmless Doon and its affiliates (which term shall include parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and employees of Doon as well as Doon itself) and my school, and my school board (the "Released Parties") from, and agree not to sue the Released Parties for, any claims that I may have arising from, or in connection with, any personal injury, bodily injury, mental anguish, emotional distress, physical, property, or other damage that I may suffer from any cause whatsoever related in any way to my participation at Doon School. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing.

COURSE PREREQUISITE POLICY:

A student must provide evidence, such as a transcript, to prove s/he has taken the prerequisite(s) of the course(s) s/he wants to enrol in.

CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY:

All contents on Doon Online School’s learning platform(s) are the Intellectual Property(IP) of the school and can only be accessed by Doon High School employed teachers, staff and enrolled students.

REFUND POLICY:

A tuition refund will only be issued if a student withdraws from a course within the first week. Students found to be violating Doon Online School’s Acceptable Use Policy will be warned and may be removed from the course(s) and the school’s learning platform(s) without refund.
